SLOW, SLOW, SLOW!!!! This location is very close to my house, so it's hard for me to not stop, hoping that it will get better at some point... but.....it doesn't. ....if there are two cars in the drive thru you can count on at a 10min wait MINIMUM.....
On Christmas I did a little experiment.... I drove by this location, counted the cars in the drive thru and noted the make, model and color of the last car in line (6 cars and the last one was a silver Toyota Tacoma) I then drove to another Starbucks about 3 miles away, sat in line at that drive thru (behind 5 cars) got my drinks in about 9min drove back by this location and ..... the Silver Toyota was still 2 cars back..... how crazy!!!
So today... I head over "aginst my better judgment" and much to my surprise I pull in to an empty drive thru, and after being asked to repeat my VERY simple order 4 TIMES (Trenta Iced coffee 5 Spenda & Vente Drip 4 Spenda) we waited over 5 minutes. .... for God sake both of those drinks are just poured into a cup and served so why on earth would it take 5 minutes + to serve??? Go inside and it becomes clear... no sense of urgency, no clear processes and a staff that seems for the most part to not care....
The fact that this Starbucks location has the lowest Yelp score in the area of any of the other locations around speaks volumes.... come on peeps pick up the pace.
