  • I used Penny Rowley as a listing agent for a small property. Having health issues that prevented being physically in Nevada, Penny was able to assist me with the marketing, sales, and closing procedures exclusively through texts, email, and phone calls. The service she provided was impeccable throughout the process. You'd think she was representing a listing for a million dollar property rather than a small lot. That says a lot about her integrity. What is also impressive and important to many of us is that she returns each and every email and phone call quickly. We all know how frustrating it is when that isn't done in any business situation. Penny also has tremendous patience. I tend to have an eccentric personality and she took it all in stride while never being condescending or expressing annoyance. So no matter if you're out-of-state, as I was, or local to the Las Vegas area and need assistance with a real estate transaction, I would highly recommend giving Penny Rowley a call to at least discuss your situation whether you're selling or buying property.
