  • Goshin is a family friendly environment that mixes older and younger instructors with varying levels of students each class. The calendar is accomodating to almost any family schedule, which is great for my family of four with plenty of activities to juggle. Mr. Boggs is a good man with an obvious love for Karate and his students. He is at times both a practitioner of tough love and heartful one-on-one conversations. The high expectations he has for children (7 Home Rules) is age appropriate. Not everyone can teach potty trained 3 year old, all the way up to advanced adults. The pricing is flexible with month-to-month, 6 month, and 12 month packages, with discounts given for signing the longer contracts. Long story short, as a teacher and leader for several different youth organizations, I can say without a doubt that Goshin is a positive environment for any student to learn in.
