  • Don't bother if your car is ten years old or older. You're a waste of their time. Took my car in a few months back on a Saturday, and the older guy acted as if I was wasting HIS time for my car. He never wrote my estimate! After a week of asking where my estimate was, I finally had to go back through my insurance for an estimate. I guess if your car is a total loss, or almost a total, it's an inconvenience for them to do their job.
