I want to like this place more. Yes, it is true, there is a nice classic ambiance, a beautiful bar and a solid selection of drafts. But three elements about Cedar Creek prevent me from giving a higher rating:
1. Perhaps it's the Amish way to cook an Amish organic chicken over salted, but somehow I doubt it. My chicken was so salty, it was hardly bearable.
2. The chicken was not cooked through all the way, there was blood inside of it.
3. Our waitress forgot to bring us the beer, but tried to cover up for it by saying that the bar is running behind. It was a flat out lie as I could see her go to the bar, talk to the bartender and bring the beer 1 minute later. Come on, do you take me for an idiot?
