I've been banking here for almost 18 years and I've never been so unimpressed (to say the least) with a location as this one. I called at about 3pm the automated system said they have an unusual amount of callers and disconnected the call-it did this from 3-4pm. Finally I go there to see they aren't busy at all. I needed something notorized so I could get items from a recent death in the family and Lena (think that's her name long blonde hair had an accent almost sounded.. Russian maybe?) had to "verify" with a manager that she could notorize my paperwork. She walked away WITH my ID and paperwork in her hand, instead of leaving it in the office she took it with her. What if she is unprofessional and taking pictures of my ID/paperwork? Who knows, they are behind closed doors. She comes back with a awful attitude saying she can't unless she makes a new copy of my paperwork.. okay. Whatever. Do what you got to do. Asked to talk to the branch manager the new one I believe her name was Nicole (pregnant short brown hair) she had an awful attitude too- think it's time for someone to go on maternity leave.. ended up calling corporate, my problems got resolved and I got my notary at a different Wells Fargo. At least corporate appreciates their long term loyal customers.
