| - The interior is outdated, the service is friendly, but painfully slow. My husband ordered a six course tasting menu, and at a point there were 10-15 breaks between courses. The first course was soup and it was served in an espresso cup. I've never seen a tasting menu portion so tiny, it was literally 4 teaspoons. Next course was the salad, which was ok. Three tasting entrees were ok. The halibut was way overcooked and dry. I've had the lamb, pretty good, but the bone was frenched miserably. My husband's lamb was burnt on the outside, and not enough fat was cooked off of it. Also had a side of mashed potatoes, which was obviously microwaved - hot on the outside and cold in the middle, with huge chunks of cold unmashed potato. When the server replaced it, it was still weird and chunky. It was taken off the bill eventually, but I think if you charge 7$ for some potatoes, they should be at least edible. We took dessert to go, the saffron, spicy mango and cinnamon pecan gelatos were very good, but not good enough to make us want to come back.
