  • UPDATE: Super disappointed in them, we schedule appts 4 weeks in advance, they do not call the day before to confirm, then when you miss an appointment they charge you and by the way the lady who called to tell me we missed it was as rude as can be, listen I was at a funeral no I am not running home to have my dogs groomed! The lady said well we sent you an email, yeah I went checked the email after our convo and right on the bottom it says "we don't always check our emails so please call for cancellations" so then you are aware people are not constantly checking their emails and you still don't call to confirm. The ONLY reason I didn't give 1 star is because Colton was always very sweet and great with our dogs. Unfortunately after numerous emails from the owner being consistently rude demanding my review come down and calling me a liar this place deserves less than 1 star.
