Wow, this place sucks. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone but an enemy.
Besides the overcrowded facilities and broken machines everywhere, the billing staff is completely unhelpful. My bank changed hands and I was given new account numbers, which resulted in my autopayments not going through. They wanted to charge me $20 for this error as an "inconvenience fee." When I explained the problem they told me it wasn't their fault and to tell my bank they owe me the money for the fee. That is silly. I told the person I'd go deal with it in person and guess what? The two days that have gone by were another billing cycle. Now I owe $40 on top of my membership fees. I wound up paying them and canceling my membership because of it. I
