  • I did not have them do my shower remodel but I wanted to input my experience with rebath. I saw their display at Home Depot which looked very nice so I decided to give them a call. I scheduled an appointment for them to come to my home and my wife and I were very excited. He came in the door and we began to talk about what we were interested in. I showed him my phone pictures from Home Depot and said this is what I want for both my bathrooms. He began to ask what we do for a living and I was like ok that is irrelevant let's just get to what you came here for my shower remodel. We went over different things and of course he wanted to have us choose something different than what I told him I specifically wanted. He then told us it can take up to 6 weeks or more for a simple remodel. I did not want tile or anything fancy but for some reason it would take that long for each. I was like look buddy that is a long time to go without 2 showers in my house. I was figuring 2 weeks tops but did not expect 6. The quote was ridiculous like 5k per bathroom I was like that is crazy. To make matters worse he kept calling my wife telling her to come by the showroom to see other nicer options. I was like look buddy 5k is way over our budget for a simple shower remodel no other work needed. We ended up paying around 2k for one of our bathrooms more than half of what rebath wanted to charge. They most likely do good work but are way too slow and expensive. You are definitely paying for the salesman's salary when you choose this company.
