  • After reading some of the previous reviews on here I'm quite surprised. I stayed here for 3 days due to an apartment clean-up issue and my experience was nothing but pleasant for a 50 dollar a night local motel. The room I stayed in was obviously remodeled, very clean and neat, no signs of any bugs and or insects.. The television in my room was a nice big flat screen (actually a bit nicer than my own tv at home). The office staff were exceptionally friendly, and bent over backwards to give great customer service. If you want a high end, upscale hotel/motel experience, then you should book a room at the Marriott or Sheraton? For a budget motel on the outskirts of Scottsdale, I would recommend this motel based off of my experience here.
