Needed a car wash and was pressed for time although I had about 40 minutes which should have been plenty of time. As I pulled in I could see that this was not a big area and it seemed very tight with not a lot of space. It also seemed a bit confusing on where to go. I could see ahead of me a booth and automated pay process where you pick the wash you want and pay by credit card. There was one car ahead of me. I waited and waited for the person ahead of me to move through the gate. After at least 10 minutes, it was clear there was a problem. One guy finally comes over to my car and states that they had to reboot their computer system and it will be a few more minutes. I waited a total of 20 minutes before the person in front of me went through. By this time there was also a long line behind me. I paid $12 for the wash which included my car to be vacuumed and hand dried. After I went through the wash there was a sign to stay left in a very small area where they vacuum. I pulled my car in a spot. While waiting I walked into the waiting area which was tiny and had a few vending machines. The workers seemed very slow to get to my car and since now I ran out of time, I just had to go. They did offer for me to come back and finish my car but I won't be coming back.
