The worst. Long waiting lines. A rep who tried to sell me more insurance coverage than what I had already paid through Orbitz. Scare tactics. They try to upsell me to a more expensive car-again trying to scare me-about how small a Yaris is. I say no thanks and she tells me no need to check in with anyone on the lot, says the keys are in the car behind the booth. It's obvious you get no customer service when you pick the cheapest option. I'm in a rush because I'm visiting my elderly parents one who is in the ICU and once the Febreze-like scent goes away I notice the car stinks of smoke. Nauseating smell. Everyone who gets in the car complains about. The car has not been cleaned. Then the maintenance light comes on, the maintenance has not been checked. I'm only in town for the weekend and every minute is planned so I don't have time to drive to the airport to return the car. I call instead, go thru the prompts, and then I'm disconnected. Budget is the worst!
