Walked in on a Saturday. It was quite busy but that was fine. I waited about 20 minutes to have my pedicure started. I was wearing some flipflops with straps. After my pedicure was finished, the technician tried to help me put my flipflops on but was worried it would ruin my nails. I was getting a color change on my fingernails as well, so she told me to follow her, and had me walk barefoot to the manicure area. Barefoot in the nail salon? She did not even offer to give me those paper disposable flipflops. I stayed quiet. She asked if I wanted to pay before she started on my hands. I said sure, paid with my card, and added a tip. She looked at me rudely and said "you don't have cash?" I said I do and gave her a cash tip. She muttered "thanks" under her breath and began with my nails. To top it off, my polish is sloppy and looks unprofessional. The whole experience was just uncomfortable and unpleasant instead of relaxing and enjoyable like it should be. Rude. Will not be returning.
