  • I can honestly say this is one of the worst most unprofessional dealerships I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We took our 2013 Ford escape to have work performed under warranty. After getting the car back it had the same problems took it back again they had it for several days and claimed that they combed through the entire electrical system. The only thing they did is replace a 20 amp fuse were a 10 amp fuse should have gone resulting in wires burning inside, and the vehicle nearly catching fire! They refused to cover it under manufacturer warranty he and denied any wrongdoing. I had to pay $2000 out-of-pocket for any electrical specialist to prove this was the result of their work on a forensic level. When bringing this information to them they suddenly shut down and had nothing to say other than if we had a problem then we could consult an attorney and that is exactly what we did. There are many places to buy A car or have it serviced in this town so do yourself a favor and select a reputable dealership that actually appreciates its customers.
