  • I went here to ship a package back in July the package never got deliverers and it turns out they sent the package to the wrong address. I called the store several times and spoke with a man named Rob on each time and every time I asked for a manager that person was never available. Rob said that they would contact me in regards to getting my money refunded and it is now almost September and still no refund. Every time I call the store it just rings and I don't get an answer. I called corporate today and they gave me a number to call to report the store and corporate will be issuing me my refund....hopefully!
