  • This is a competitively priced flooring store with a broader selection of goods than say, Home Depo. There are plenty of salespeople roaming the floors who ask, "Can I help you?" rather than having to run around and find help. I would say the floor sales people need to be commended. It will keep me returning. My only suggestion is related to the cashier checkout where in one area an older woman was clearly not working while the other employees were hurried, and the credit card machine, that doesn't take a chip, jammed when I placed my card in the slot (that should be covered and dolly noted). It then took a very long time for the register to reboot. However, I have been in and out of this store many times and find the majority of the staff to be very customer service focused!!
