  • I can't say enough about the quality of service that I received from this company. My friend had dropped my new (used) washing machine while unloading it at home destroying the door. I ordered online from APEX, gave them the wrong model #, I received with lightning speed the wrong door. I thought to myself here i go again, as trying to return online purchases has not worked out well for me ever in past experiences. I called these guys up and explained my bad..It was no problem in me exchanging the door, however he had to locate a washer like mine though, he didn't have one like it in stock like it. I figured i would likely be waiting at least a bit longer before my boo boo was corrected and I would get the correct parts, but with the same impressive speedy turn around of three days; my new washer door arrived at my door in Colorado. Thank you for a perfect experience.
