| - Update! To the person from the store who responded, thank you for checking your reviews.
I will say, my calling the sales rep "insane" and "crazy" in my review was inappropriate.
unfortunately, it was with my friend the exchange was with, not me as you indicate.
Neither of us said "ew" in regards to the clothing, particularly because i knew it was a vintage store and had just made a purchase at the Good Will. my friend did wonder why the costumes were loose because she did not know it was a vintage store but was still intent on buying something when she was...informed. The sales rep perceived an insult that never happened and would not back off even after we were not responding to her. So *your* account of what occurred is actually grossly inaccurate.
Additionally, this is a review site, nothing is defamatory in my post because it actually happened. You actually admit it happens, albeit with a twisted perspective. (You used facetious incorrectly, particularly since you used it while mentioning taking me to court, it's incorrect for the context - I'd have to be more than facetious for you to have a case). My saying the sales rep is nuts is not damaging to your business but perhaps your ego. Again, not something that will hold up in civil court, an expensive venture for you to embark on.
If I were you, I would not assume the person you are attacking for a negative review of your store is unfamiliar with Canadian business law.
