  • Food and service can't be beat at Tip Top! I hosted a group, and they were happy to have notice so they could get tables together and prepare the waitstaff. It's a small dinning room, but they have an outdoor seating area that's wonderful in the summer. The music on a Sunday morning was soft Motown, and they were kind enough to find the 1 coffee carafe in the whole place and give it to our table. I have never had a bad meal, and everyone agreed that the food was amazing. I can't wait to go back and try something other than breakfast. *Note that they do not separate checks for tables over 4, and I think they only take cash.
