  • I'll make it simple. About a month after we moved in the new management took over. First they tried to get us out of our utility package as they no longer offer it, well too bad sucked for them because our lease was already signed. We have been here since August 2015 and we are leaving as soon as the lease is over. Thank God. Firstly I have to give it to the maintenance guys they are honestly THE ONLY good thing about this place, they are awesome. They work hard to keep this place clean and have always been friendly to us. They deserve 4 stars for sure. The office staff on the other hand, completely rude and disrespectful. The worst customer service I've experienced by far. Their "beautiful, luxurious and spa like" pool that is behind the office is always broken, once a week broken and the ONE TIME I came and asked about it the woman at the desk gave me attitude about her pump not working and that if I wanted to swim in a dirty pool then to go for it but she didn't want anyone else to. I have her no attitude, we never complain about the rude assholes that live upstairs from us with their 90lb each German shepherds. Every month they get a hefty sum from all of their tenants and they can't even get a pump that works in that pool and even when it is open its filthy. Yes there is another pool which is in even worse condition, is smaller and I'm not interested in 1000 people swimming in a pool meant for 200. Not to forget that there are constantly people speeding in and out going well over 40 in this parking lot. The damn front gate has been broken at least 4 times in the last 10 months once because some dumbass drove through it. Broken for so long that most of us forgot our code. Also a rip off to have to pay for the key fob to get in the side gate and you have to pay for the gym key and almost any other amenities they offer. My tiny ass two bedroom is not worth the crazy ass rent they have here and now they are raising the rate in July. No thank you Ultris. I'm out of here as soon as my lease is up if nothing else because of your terrible units and horrible front office staff. DON'T LET THE OUTSIDE FOOL YOU.
