  • I called and made an appt about 5 days ago, was looking forward to a massage all week. I received a voicemail about an hour and a half before my massage telling me my therapist called out and that, if I wanted they had someone else available for me. Awesome, I call them back about 30 min later, now an hour before my massage to say that was fine, I'll take the other therapist, just to find out that they booked that person already. Wow, thanks. If someone calls out, you don't have someone else come in and cover their appointments that day?? You give me the option for someone else then book that person??? That's bullshit. Don't worry, the rainbow location was happy to take me. I'll use them from now on.
