  • I called Sterling Services because the home inspector said my toilet in the master bedroom was leaking. Dan C came out and inspected it. He didn't see any leaks and tried to cause it to leak but was not successful. He went and checked out the other toilets even though they were not on the agenda. He didn't find anything wrong. I only had to pay for the trip as there is no free estimate. It's nice that he didn't charge me extra for something that didn't need fixing as I was not present when he stopped by.
