  • I needed to replace 4 air conditioners in my home. I made several phone calls to Air Conditioning Companies in the Las Vegas area and The Cooling Company was one of the only companies that actually took the time to come out and explain air conditioning and efficiency factors to me. As a matter of fact, the owner, Wellington, came out to my home and spent over 2 hours with me. He went over every option and provided the pros and cons of each. I decided to go with the new Lennox 25 seer units and the main reason was because of the payback calculations that the team at The Cooling Company put together and presented to me. As a part of the package, there was a great pay back, rebates, and a extended warranty. What more could I ask for? The installation was quick and everything was spotless when the installation team left my home. When I got home at night, I couldn't even tell that anyone had been in my home. How often is it that the owner of a company actually comes over and sits down with you to go over what was done and help complete the warranty forms and get them submitted after the job was completed? The new thermostats are AMAZING and I can program and control them from anywhere that I have cell service. They even have the ability to display pictures that I can upload into them making them look like a photo frame on the wall. Alexia in their office is also top notch. She was on the phone with me everyday letting me know when the crew was going to arrive, and kept me informed of everything that was going to take place. Great communication is key to the success of any job and The Cooling Company has it down to a science. I would HIGHLY recommend The Cooling Company.
