This updated review is long overdue. After my previous review, the management did some investigating found out it was me that left them a bad review. He called me and apologized for the experience I had and wanted to fix my problem as soon as he could.
He explained that the original guy that was suppose to come out wasn't available and it was their mistake for that. They sent Eric who was wonderful and took care of the roller situation. They even gave me some money back for the inconvenience.
Eric actually found a defect with one of the rollers and would have it replaced as soon as possible which they did.
I'm very glad Sunburst was very proactive and customer friendly driven. I thought it was fair and I hope to do some more business with them in the future.
