Nightmare. Doctors do not care. Want you to spend $$$$, but zero follow up. After having a procedure, there was not a single check in with me which is pretty common even from a dentist these days. After complications and calling the weekend on-call Doctor there was zero follow up. Not only could weekend on-call Doctor not help, she didn't pass word on that I called. This resulted in two trips to the ER which costed me 10K each. Then called on for help back to office during regular office hours. None of their voicemail options get you to a doctor or nurse and this is by design. The doctors names are not on the dial-by-name directory by design. Then they say you can only reach doctors assistants by phone but the refuse to give patients last names of doctors assistants. The front office staff is arrogant and make mistakes. By the time you get medical attention from doctor you are so upset. I spent 20K at ER following up from their complications and by that time am upset. Doctor then gets mad AT ME and says I need to see my primary care physician who can't get me in for 3 more days. Still not OK. If the doctor would have cared to speak with me she might have been able to help, but she couldn't be bothered. Back to the ER to figure out the side effects from their treatment.
