  • I'm so glad they opened a store closer to my home. I have bought a lot of ski and regular clothes over the last few months. Columbia clothes is high quality for the price. Great value. Their omni heat really works. I've skied in a snow storm and was sweating. So lightweight but warm. Not sure how they can make this stuff work but it does. Recently bought a pair of omni heat gloves. Very warm on my recent ski trip but the seam came loose and I felt they should be returned. And now my REAL review. After talking to the sales rep and then the manager they exchanged my gloves for a new pair and gave me full credit. No hassle and so very friendly and apologetic about the gloves not holding up. I really respect a place that takes care of their customers. I feel confident in their products and if something goes wrong they have showed me they stand by their stuff. Buy with confidence.
