  • When this urgent care was opened it was staffed by competent people that were fast and efficient. Service was great. It is now staffed by incompetent staff that are slower than should be tolerated. A simple 9:55 appointment was became a 2 1/2 hour appointment due to gross inefficiency. where did the good help go?
