  • I visited this facility sometime in October during the evening. When my son and I arrived the lobby was empty. We checked in, gave our symptoms and began to fill out the forms. After spending the time to fill out my son's form I was informed he could not be seen because the doctor didn't see children under one. Umm.. ok.. I was annoyed but appreciated her honesty, which is the reason they're getting 1 star from me. When I saw the doctor, from the moment she entered the room I could tell she was annoyed. I could tell she was there because she was forced to be. I get it, it's Friday, it's late, but your a medical provider! I told her all of my symptoms; ear ache and pressure (bilateral), coughing, phlegm (green), achey body, scratchy, painful throat, and pain in chest. Her "diagnosis" allergies... I questioned her because I knew it was more than that. I don't get sick very often, but when I do it's something serious. And this case was no different. However, since I respect doctors I accepted her diagnosis and followed her recommendations, which was to take an allergy pill daily. I left the clinic within the hour, keep in mind I was the ONLY patient there. The following day I took Zyrtec like she recommended, did this Sunday also. Mmh... my symptoms were not going away. In fact they were getting worse! Come Monday I felt even worse. I go to my own doctor who diagnosed me with BRONCHITIS!!! I told her what happened during my visit at this place and she was furious. She then tells me to never go to these places because they don't care, and in this case she was right! She had to prescribe me FOUR different medications, including an inhaler because I was weazing, and I had to miss three days of work all due to this doctor's lack of care and professionalism! Since then I've had to take two rounds of antibiotics and am still not 100% better. Allergies my foot!!! Oh and the doctor said "i see no infection." If you're in to being misdiagnosed and ignored this is your place. As for me and my family we're staying far away. The clinic was clean and the receptionist was nice.
