  • Giving a 3 for being late to set up everything and not calling to notify me. I made the reservation a month in advance. I made it for them to be there between 1030am and 11am. I called because no-one was there between this time . left messages, texted and nothing. The delivery guy didn't show up till 1145am and the party started at 12 noon!!!! He was still setting up when people were arriving to my daughters party!!! This was very unprofessional!!! I also ordered a hot dog machine and I couldn't start cooking them till 12 noon!!! He was still there at 1215 when my pizza arrived so people had to wait for the hot dogs to cook!! I confirmed on Thursday and Mike said to not worry and they would be there on time. Being late is not cool no matter where the party is, if you can not be on time then call and let the person know you will be running late. No call back nothing to let me know they were running late. I even asked for a small refund for them being late and Mike said that he could not do that. Would not recommend due to them not knowing the time!!
