  • I've been to this location a few times for manicures thinking it will be better than the last visit but I'm left disappointed each time. The most recent visit they did a shellac removal and a manicure, I found the customer service lacking, pausing to watch TV instead of focusing on my nails, and giving a sense of inconvenience that I was a customer. As for the work performed, I had concerns on the electrical file used and damage to my nail but was told it is necessary although I have had shellac removed before without an electrical file. My nails were left pretty rough not smooth, and there were no oils or lotions used, very basic manicure. have had much more favorable experiences in other salons and needless to say I will not be returning to this salon despite the location convenience, its just not worth it.
