I used to consider this buffet five star. It's still good, but I see it in gradual decline. It's always had an elegant-looking décor, an upscale feel, and consistently high-quality food. But over the past year or two(maybe even longer) its overall operation seems scaled back in quality and uniqueness of selections compared to its past and to the nearby strip buffets. In my latest visit the prime rib had a good taste but was fatty and unevenly cooked. A second cut was tough and overcooked. A third cut was just okay. Salad area still had a decent selection. Seafood selection was poor. Desserts were visually appealing but desserts (and breads) are a low priority for me at buffets. The staff kept the floor and counters clean except for the salad area. Table service was good considering how busy it was. It's sometimes very noisy here and even seems rowdy when the place is crowded at peak times. I'll probably return here again for dinner - but not on a regular basis.
