  • I have been a member of the BBB for several years now and I believe it is a very worthwhile investment for local business owners. I had an issue with a complaint from a very difficult client and Penny was supportive and professional throughout. When there was an issue that she was not sure of she consulted with Rhonda, who is the head of the local chapter here in Las Vegas, and the two spent time with me discussing several possibilities in resolving the matter. I strongly suggest that, when contacted to join, a professional business owner seriously considers the positive results he will get when a member.
