  • My experience mirrors what Nicholas has below. I had contacted Travis through the Titan Home improvement website to get a quote on various things I wanted to get done around the house. After some very curt email exchanges (should have gotten the clue that He was not serious or interested then), We decided to meet at said time. I moved things around at work so I could meet him in the middle of the day. I show up on time and there is no sign of him. I wait around for 20 minutes and then googled up his number (yeah, he never furnished his phone number in the emails although I had given him mine). He picked up his phone after 3/4 attempts and casually mentioned He was in Best buy and We had to re-schedule. What the H***? He doesn't have the professionalism to show up as promised, nor the decency to call if He cannot, even though I confirmed with him that morning about the appointment. Unless you like to be stood up by someone that doesn't care for your business or any regards for your time, run away......and find someone that actually wants your business !!
