  • I bought phone here. I have never bought one from Best Buy before always gone to Verizon . Lady ask me if wanted screen protector I yes . It took her like 10 minutes get it so I thought she but it on the phone . Nope she never even asked me if I would geek squad put it on!! Come 2 weeks later my phone falls out of my purse and cracks half the screen. I call and I get run around and other manager will call me back . Well he wasn't much help didn't even apologize. I spend 1000 with tax on phone that what a waste!!! Safe to say I will never come back here again
