  • Chris in sales and Rebecca & Mark in service are amazing. They treat your fairly and give such a great service level that you'd think you were at a luxury car dealer. The service team and salesperson remember your name still every time you return. In my experience buying a Jetta here, I think they were fair in pricing, not pushy, and they don't try to hook you with all the add-ons that your don't need. I live all the way in Lakewood but still drive all the way out to Mentor for service/maintenance just because of how exceptional the service is here. When it's time for my next car, I will definitely return to Classic VW (or at least to the Classic Auto Group if I were to select a different car brand).
