  • This place has to be the worst dentist office for kids that I have ever experienced! The staff is incredibly RUDE and DO NOT know how to calm or talk to their (children) patients. Not even the parents either. When at the front, the girls on the phones and computers behind were clearly whispering and laughing at me while I was asking the front receptionist questions. One assistant didn't even look at me while handing me paperwork and I had to ask her questions about what was going on. That makes sense though since I was misled into treatments that I never was told about but they said "they went over it". Okay! Also, I over heard the dentists' fiancĂ©(I guess that is who he is) tell his hygienist that I am "one of those". Probably because I asked if they use mercury in their office. I was very uncomfortable the entire time here and WILL NEVER go back! I highly recommend NOT taking your kids here. Oh and there is an actual dog in the office! Is that even sanitary in a dental office where they do medical procedures?
