  • I have been using Gilbert Pool Services for several years now. As with most companies I have seen many different employees, and most have done a well job. Recently though I had the pleasure of meeting 2 of their repair techs as they came to do a repair on my pool. I was highly impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. One of the repair techs told me that he did not have to sell anything, and that his job was to educate. If he educates the customer, then they will be able to make informed decisions, and that will create a win-win situation for both the customer and the company. I completely agree. I feel as if, Gilbert Pools hit a home-run hiring these to guys, and would (will) refer them to anyone I know. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to many more years of great service.
