Unfortunately after popping my hood I realized that they did not flush the coolant nor likely repair the thermostat as stated but instead reset some computer codes. They took my car for a week and did not do the service they said they performed in writing. This was all for free under warranty so I didn't have any monetary loss just frustration and disappointment. Their phone lines do not work and the 2-3 day repair was not ready until the following week. This is both bad for my car to say something is fixed when it is not, and a huge waste of my time. The only way I was inevitably able to get the status of my car was to pretend to be someone looking to buy a car online via their chatbot. From beginning to end this was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I tried to be patient when they initially did not answer the phone to schedule an appointment but in retrospect wish I had heeded the warning signs. These guys are unethical and unprofessional.
