| - Incredibly disappointed with this Plumbing Service & the owners. They scheduled me for an appointment window today, between 8-12 Noon. I gave my gate code to them & took the day off. They told me they would be here between 8-12 Noon. The expectation is that they show up during that window, right? Well- Brandon, the plumber/owner, called my cell phone once at 9/:03 AM, to see if I was home. I was NEVER told that I had to talk to them before they would show up. When I didn't hear my cell phone & call him back to say "Yes I'm home" (my cell phone was not near me & especially when they gave me a window, asking me to be home), he was then a NO SHOW for the very appointment window THEY set for me. I asked Tonya, the receptionist to speak to the owner & she wouldn't give the name, then said it was Brandon, but wouldn't give the last name. Melissa, the owner, then called me back & told me Brandon made multiple attempts to contact me. My cell phone record shows 1 call at 9:03 AM. Literally one. As soon as I tried to ask a clarifying question on what the definition of multiple attempts is, she instantly became belligerent & unprofessional in her tone & demeanor. I would not trust/use APC Plumbing as a service. If AHS suggests them, tell them you would prefer another plumber. They need some help in professional & business etiquette. In fact, I'm also contacting the BBB & AHS to inform of the shear nastiness & unprofessionalism.
