This company is horrible, do NOT get a home warranty through them.
This company must have explicit policies in place to make sure you do not receive your cash in leiu of repair payment. I have called four times and each time I am on hold for more than 30 minutes. When I do finally speak to someone, they take my information and then transfer me. Then I'm on hold again for 30 minutes, or they send back through the menu I just went through, or I'm disconnected.
When I finally have any measure of success, I talk to someone who insists I need to be transferred to yet another department. Even when I explain that the last person assured me this was the correct department, they insist I have to be transferred. Literally no one has been able to help me. It has been more than 4 weeks of calling and spending hours on the phone and I have gotten nowhere.
