To be frank, I love Starbucks.. like who doesn't? Every Starbucks I've been to has been an excellent experience. With great customer service and awesome beverages to top off. But this particular location, I guess they'll have to work on some things. Maybe they missed out on "customer service".
I was in a drive-thru, ordering a simple drink. An Iced-Coffee with Soy milk and Vanilla Pumps with EZ ice. A staple. Nothing too complicated there. But it came out wrong and when I asked for it to be remade.. I get an attitude? Huh? Did I miss out on the motto that Starbucks stands for? If the drink isn't up to part, they will offer replacements to meet customer satisfaction?
Clearly there was miscommunication but it could've been avoided if their staff were to listen and probably repeat the order and not assume they noted it down? I'm not sure if this particular staff is having a bad day or something but cmon, we (customers) don't have time for your sass. Get your act right because I ended up having a diluted/watered down coffee.. thanks..
