  • This location does not exist. Enterprise stated they only have one location in Pineville NC on Polk St. They took my reservation over the phone and told me to use my phone number as my reservation number. I think this was a bad idea. When I arrived at the Polk St location they informed me that they did not have any cars. They were not concerned with helping me any further either. I felt squeezed between their call center giving out bad information and their local office's inability or desire to do anything about it. Unless the original operator (Tiffany) was playing games this is the worst possible service I have ever received. On another occasion at this same facility in Pineville I set up a reservation a week in advance and when I arrived was made to wait 1/2 hour since the car was getting an oil change.
