Purchased a Groupon for a massage through a faye massage. Called this morning and asked if they had an opening and I got somebody who was apparently in a bad mood and gave me the run-around on giving me an answer ask me how I heard of them I said Groupon she demanded that I give her the Groupon number over the phone even after telling her that I was driving, before answering me if she had an opening we finally got past that and she asked me if I was flexible on a male or female which I said no then she asked me again if I was flexible I said no on the third time I said no I want a female to give me a massage at that point it went to she's booked up for the week which is fine I said what's the first available she said on Monday she has an opening and then said she was booked said something about Wednesday so I said so what's the first available on Wednesday she went back to Monday again we kept going back and forth on the same thing I wouldn't say she was rude but very sarcastic on the phone which ended up in her telling me to just get a refund so Faye or Rancho Viejo if you're seeing this they cost you money and I would have a talk with the owner. There's way too many day spas/ massage places for you to have this attitude with paying customers. I sure hope this had nothing to do with it being a Groupon good luck in your business.
Reading through the reviews I see I'm not the only person that's had to deal with Heidi I just copied and pasted this one and there's many more......
Unfortunately Angel Blessing Spa is not as professional or as accommodating. The owner/receptionist (?) Heidi was rude, argumentative and stressed when questioned
Update after checking through many of the reviews I see all of the problems are with people like me who purchase with Groupon Angel blessings if you don't like Groupon customers don't advertise with Groupon simple common sense
