  • Here's a summary of Allanza at the Lakes in my 1 year of being here: Every unit is riddled with black mold on both sides of the complex, and management will not fix it. Most of the second floor units have leaks in the ceilings. My neighbor has had their house robbed and car stolen. A man who lived here was murdered and put in our dumpster after being robbed. My car was mistakenly towed and they refused to get it back for me. The office management with the exception of Don are rude, short with me every time I go in there, and never return calls. Maintenance shows up 4-5 days after a request and about half of the time doesn't fix the problems. If you get stuck on the 3001 Lake East side, the crime is horrendous and at the back it's all rock. They put grass up front only to make it look nicer... Finally, nobody seems to pick up their dog shit, so said grass is unusable.
