  • I would like to add this to my review that I did receive a call from the manager at Western exterminators. He was very sincere and apologized about my recent issue that I had. I really think that's what customer service is all about and I do believe going forward that I will still continue to receive the same customer service that I've had in the past years with Western. I truly believe they are reliable company and this was the result of an employee that didn't do his follow-up. Thank you again Western exterminators for following up
