  • Won't be going back, unfortunately; 2/3 times I've visited haven't gone well. One visit, the girl (can't remember her name) didn't do my hair like I asked (I think there might've been a language barrier, and I felt bad repeating myself). Figured I'd give this location another shot, but was disappointed. Savannah did most of what I asked for my haircut (minus a wash, but no biggie), but she spoke condescendingly of how I cared for my hair (I had some dead, tangly ends), and she was very rough with my hair while it was wet. I almost stood up in the chair at one point because she was pulling so hard with her comb through a tangle. The one thing I did appreciate was her suggesting some Paul Mitchell shampoo; love it. I think I'd rather head to Gemini of Chicago a few doors down.
