Awful customer service in the Print dept. I sent my 47 page blue prints over at 7:30pm Friday night, receiving a confirmation that it would be ready at 9:30pm that same night. I wasn't going to go out that late and get them so I figured I would just go in the morning and pick them up on my way to my meeting. I called at 10:30am to verify they were ready and was told by Corey he hadn't even looked at them yet. I told him I needed them within an hour, they were supposed to be ready the night before and was met with a barrage of excuses. He said there was no way they could be ready in an hour and he didn't know what to tell me. He was busy helping customers. Customers? I am a customer but apparently since I already paid my $160 to print, I don't count. I asked to speak with the Manager who was most likely just his co-worker, I was met with the same level of customer service from the so-called Manager. In the future I will find a nice small business owner who will appreciate my money, not treat me like crap.
