I have been going to one stop on bell and 83rd Ave. For many years. I was so excited when they open one in surprise. But the customer service could use some work! Twice I have been in there and one particular guy has been helping a customer with vitamins, which I understand but a HI I Will be right with you, would be nice! Or learn to multitask, and while a customer is looking at vitamins make a smoothie real quick OR have 2 people working instead of 1. I have waited about 5-10 minutes each time to get a smoothie. Hopefully he can learn some custom service skills, a potlite hello or be right with you would be nice.
