  • Ryan came out to deal with my roof rats in December. I'm doing this review late because I kept forgetting to complete it. I spent around $350 and was reassured the roof rat problem would be taken care of after several rounds of setting bait stations with poison that they would take back to their 'nests' then setting regular traps in places that my pets wouldn't be able to get to. Ryan came back 3 times to empty the traps then said they should be gone. I asked well shouldn't we find where they are coming in at and stop them? He said he doesn't do that and I should find an outside company to do that. I found the same traps he used on amazon, two for $12. I bought some of those because my house still continued to have roof rats, even after he came out. I now set them myself and have a friend empty them and am looking into having another company take a look at sealing the entry placed up.
